Settlement in Ralls Corp.'s challenge to CFIUS leaves both sides bloodied

Fagan calls it a “perfect storm for litigation” but also one that “falls outside the normal margins of most CFIUS cases.” He states that, “The Ralls case should not be viewed as emblematic for investors.”
