Randy Benjenk is quoted in a Reuters Regulatory Intelligence article regarding the completion of the Federal Reserve Board's review of capital planning practices. According to Benjenk, “An issue that will be closely watched is whether the Federal Reserve now takes the next step and exempts the largest institutions from the qualitative assessment next year, as it did for regional banks this year."
