Parliamentarian Singles Out More GOP Health Bill Provisions

July 25, 2017, CQ Healthbeat

Muftiah McCartin is quoted by CQ Healthbeat in an article regarding Senate Parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough's ruling against two provisions in the GOP healthcare rule. She adds that Republicans are trying to broaden the language, but "[it's] very, very difficult to sweep in other providers beyond Planned Parenthood."
