U.S. government shutdown means executives face tough calls on proxies

David Martin is quoted in Reuters regarding the partial U.S. government shutdown’s effect on corporate executives’ decisions on proxies. Mr. Martin said corporate clients are already calling with questions and the pace will ramp up as deadlines loom to mail out proxies.
