SEC Tracking COVID-19 Disclosures on Human Capital

Reid Hooper is quoted in Agenda regarding the SEC’s increase of COVID-19 disclosures on human capital. Mr. Hooper says that certain companies are experiencing supply chain or distribution disruptions and suspensions or modifications of operations to comply with regulations, and the SEC is asking companies to “consider whether these adaptations may have effects on the company that would be material to a shareholder’s investment or voting decision.”
