  • IP/Patent Litigation. Covington has extensive experience litigating IP disputes involving gaming technology, including in the District of Nevada and other key jurisdictions, and has served as lead counsel in major patent infringement cases throughout the country. We have also handled numerous proceedings at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office relating to gaming technology, including inter partes review (“IPR”) proceedings.
