Vivian (Sooan) Choi is an associate in the Washington office who advises clients on international trade matters. Previously, Ms. Choi has worked with the World Trade Organization and the Republic of Korea’s trade ministry in various roles.

Ms. Choi also has experience representing companies in a broad range of corporate transactions.

  • Advising a Korean electronics company in a Section 201 safeguard investigation.
  • Advising aircraft manufacturer Bombardier in an antidumping and countervailing duty investigation.
  • Advising companies and trade associations on trade policy issues arising under U.S. law and WTO agreements.
