Trudy Dargeviciute is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the London office.

Ms. Dargeviciute advises private and public companies on a range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and capital market transactions. She has particular expertise in advising in the life sciences and technology sectors.

  • Advised Oxford Sciences Innovation plc on various Series A equity investments into University of Oxford spin-out companies, including OxMet Technologies (a developer and manufacturer of proprietary alloys and alloy components), Osler Diagnostics (a developer of portable PoC diagnostic platforms using electrochemical sensing technology) and Arago Biosciences (a developer of technology for mass determination of single biomolecules in solution).  
  • Advised CASS Entrepreneurial LLP on a venture capital investment in FibreCRM, a cloud-based client relationship management system.
  • Advised Peel Hunt LLP as sole bookrunner and underwriter to Mears Group PLC raising £22.5m by way of an institutional placing.
