Mr. Greszler’s persistence and tenacity in litigation has helped his clients recover hundreds-of-millions of dollars for underlying asbestos, pharmaceutical, and other mass tort claims, as well as for environmental clean-up costs, securities and other claims arising under directors’ and officers’ policies, property damage, business interruption, and insurance claims arising under fidelity bonds.  He has extensive experience representing policyholders before federal, state, and international courts in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, pharmaceutical, petroleum, construction, and financial services.

  • Represented multiple targets of the asbestos plaintiffs’ bar in litigation with dozens of insurers under primary, umbrella, and excess liability policies in state and federal trial and appellate courts and has helped those clients to recover many millions of dollars from their insurers.
  • Successfully represented a manufacturer of industrial fans in an international forum dispute involving parallel coverage litigation in the United States and in England.
