Lily Hines focuses on licensing and other commercial transactions in which intellectual property, data, and technology are central. She works with clients in a broad range of industries, including sports, healthcare, music, and consumer products. In addition, Ms. Hines has particular experience working on “hybrid” transactions involving connected devices, hardware, software/cloud services and multiple layers of intellectual property. Having earned an engineering degree from Princeton, she enjoys collaborating with engineering, business and legal teams to accomplish client objectives. Prior to entering law practice, Ms. Hines clerked for a federal district court judge.
