Kandyce Korotky is a member of the firm’s Tax Practice Group and concentrates her practice on tax controversy matters. She has represented clients at all stages of IRS audits and tax-related litigation, including discovery, motions practice, trial, and post-trial briefing in both federal and state court. She also frequently advises clients on domestic and international tax planning issues, including planning related to the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017.
