Megan Keane is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on representing life sciences clients in high-stakes patent litigation and other intellectual property matters. Ms. Keane has taken a leading role in representing clients on complex matters from case inception through trial and appeal. She has experience arguing motions and claim construction, taking and defending expert and fact depositions, and overseeing case strategy and management.

In addition to her experience representing clients in federal court, Ms. Keane has also successfully represented clients in Inter Partes Review trials and in Section 337 proceedings and assists clients with pre-litigation and transactional intellectual property due diligence.

  • Representing AstraZeneca in Hatch-Waxman patent litigation against more than ten generic challengers regarding Nexium® and Nexium® 24Hr.
