  • Represented biopharmaceutical company in an investigation by the U.S. House Committee on Oversight and Reform regarding drug pricing and access issues.
  • Represented major pharmaceutical company in a DOJ and SEC investigation concerning alleged violations of the FCPA.

Pro Bono

  • Represent federal employee in a disability discrimination lawsuit against a federal government agency.
  • Drafted Supreme Court amicus brief on behalf of former corrections officials arguing that the ban on Prison Legal News in Florida prisons violates the First Amendment.
  • Drafted Ninth Circuit amicus brief on behalf of a criminal defense organization arguing that federal statute criminalizing the encouragement or inducement of undocumented immigrants to come into or reside in the United States violated the First Amendment.
