David Sneed is a litigator that focuses on synthesizing complex factual records and legal theories into compelling advocacy for judges and juries, particularly in mass tort and product liability actions. He has defended pharmaceutical and commercial clients in large-scale litigation in state and federal courts around the country, including substantive experience preparing witnesses to present key testimony and arguing critical motions at trials.

Mr. Sneed also has experience counseling clients regarding government investigations, including alleged violations of the False Claims Act, and conducting assessments of potential product liability risks.

Mr. Sneed maintains an active pro bono practice representing indigent clients in criminal proceedings and civil rights litigation.
