Dylan Silva represents clients in trial and appellate matters. He has a broad range of experience in all phases of litigation, including drafting dispositive motions and briefs, taking and defending depositions, and examining witnesses at trial. In 2018, Mr. Silva served on an arbitration team that secured a complete victory for a client facing $1.8 billion in alleged damages arising from trade secret and breach of contract claims, and in 2019 he served as trial counsel for plaintiffs challenging a voter identification law in Missouri state court. Prior to joining Covington, Mr. Silva clerked for Judge Dorothy Nelson on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
