Ms. Shaikh advises clients on a broad range of privacy and cybersecurity issues, including compliance obligations, cybersecurity incident preparedness and response, and responses to regulatory inquiries.

  • Assist companies on cybersecurity incident preparedness and response, including engaging forensic vendors under nondisclosure agreements, analyzing obligations under state and federal breach notification laws, and responding to federal regulatory inquiries.
