Paul Strauch is an associate in the firm’s Washington, DC office. He is a member of the International Arbitration and Antitrust practice groups. His international practice focuses on investor-state arbitration and public international law matters. His antitrust practice encompasses both litigation and government investigations.

  • Representing an investor in a bilateral investment treaty dispute arising out of Russia's expropriation of real estate assets in Crimea.

  • Defending a pharmaceutical company against antitrust counterclaims arising from a patent dispute.
