Jack Wickham concentrates his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and securities, private equity, and other general corporate matters. He has advised public and private companies on a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and reorganizations of all sizes. His experience also includes counseling clients on debt and securities offerings, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters.

Mr. Wickham has represented clients in a wide range of industries including industrial and manufacturing, banking, restaurant and hospitality, consumer goods, real estate, communications, and tech.

  • Advises clients with public and private mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures in both buy-side and sell-side transactions, including formation and structuring of strategic joint ventures.
